Yesterday in sentencing phase of the murder trial of Tampa, Florida Police Corporal Mike Roberts, his wife delivered a statement to the Court, which was directed squarely at his killer, Humberto Delgado, Jr.  The following is the transcript of Cindy Roberts’ words to the man who murdered her husband: “Your honor, I would like to thank you for this opportunity to address the court.
